The service is being operated on behalf of Galway City Council, who commission and fund this service.
On 24 Dec, Christmas Eve, the last bus will leave the city-centre in the early evening - the exact time is to be advised, in previous years, it has been 5:30pm.

The central city drop-off and pick-up point is the Galway Coach Station (point "S" on the regional bus stops map).
There is no arrangement for cars to be left at Ballybrit overnight: cars which are left there are at the owner's risk.
Hours of operation
Buses run every 15 minutes:- Monday - Saturday: Between 9:30am to 9.15pm, (last departure from Ballybrit at 9:15pm)
- Sunday: Between 11am - 7pm

The fare is €1 each way per adult, This includes all-day parking

Galway City daily, weekly and monthly tickets are not accepted.
Route
Buses use the most appropriate route between the race-course and the city centre: Normally this will be the bus lanes. There are no pickup or drop-off points between the city-centre and the race-course.
Wheelchair accessible buses are available (the announcements have not said if they will be used on all services).
