City Buses
Bus Éireann and City Direct will run their their standard Sunday and public holiday city services in Galway on Monday 5th June.Regional Buses
Most regional and national public transport services will run their standard Sunday-timetable service on both Sunday 4th and Monday 4th of June 2017.However:
- Bus Éireann will run a regular Sunday timetable n Sunday 4 June, except the 3:30pm Dundalk to Galway and 6pm Galway to Dundalk are cancelled. Details.
- Bus Éireann will operate to a Sunday timetable on Monday 6th, but with a number of changes. See their announcement for details.
- Bus Feda (Donegal) have not made an announcement yet. But on previous public holidays, they have had a reduced Sunday service on both Sunday and Monday. Watch their Facebook page for more details.
- BusLink (Athnery) have regular Bank Holiday alterations in their timetable: In short, no 7am, 8am or 10am bus from Athenry, No 9am, 11am or 5:10pm bus from Galway, NiteLink service runs on Sunday night as well as Saturday.
- CityLink will run their regular Sunday timetable on Monday 5th, instead of on Sunday 4th (they usually run extra buses on Sundays, which are transferred to Monday on bank holiday weekends).
Trains
Irish Rail will operate:- A Sunday service on Sunday - with two cancellations that affect Galway: 5pm Galway/Heuston and 8:30pm Heuston/Galway,
- A Monday service on Monday - with a number of cancellations that affect Galway:
5:30am Galway/Heuston,
5.55am Limerick/Galway
6.20am Galway/Limerick
8.40am Galway/ Athenry
9.05am Athenry/Galway
6:30pm Galway/Heuston
